WHERE IS CHARLES LIEBER?

Once he was lost, now he is found!!! What to make of the sorry tale of Charlie Lieber...

For some time, I have been asking…..where is Charles Lieber? I have had questions about Mr. Lieber since his arrest. Early on, because his arrest was in January of 2020 around the time the world was introduced to the Coronavirus Pandemic, on social media people speculated if he was somehow involved with the making of the deadly COVID 19 virus. The fact checkers quickly reassured suspicious minds that his arrest was in no way related to the COVID crisis.

Nearly a year after his arrest, in December of 2021, Lieber was convicted of 2 counts of filing false tax returns, 2 counts of making false statements, and 2 counts of failing to file reports for a foreign bank account in China.

Interestingly, our government prosecution of Mr. Lieber focused largely on his transgressions when it came to not paying his fair share to the IRS. Not much was publicly revealed about the nature of his work and collaboration with researchers at the Wuhan University of Technology (WUT). We were simply reassured that his arrest was unrelated to the covid crisis and that it was a product of a misguided initiative under the Trump administration to clamp down on potential Chinese espionage occurring in American research institutions and industry. The China Initiative had been started in 2018, but was ended in February of 2022 by the Biden administration due to claims that it was racist, ineffective and chilled research endeavors within academic institutions. More on that in a moment.

Back to Mr. Lieber…..following his conviction and the denial of his appeal attempts…the trail ran cold in the media as to his whereabouts while he was awaiting sentencing. How many other convicted criminals get to pass the time for a whole year after conviction awaiting sentencing? I know, I know….we are soft on white collar crime, unlike the street criminal who upon conviction is led from the courtroom in cuffs and thrown in a cell.

Anyhow, nobody seemed to take much notice of time passing and there being no sentencing. It almost felt like they hoped the world would be consumed with other matters and lose interest. Not me. I’ve been checking. There has been little in the press on his whereabouts or when his sentencing would happen. In fact, a check of the Federal Bureau of Prisons also confirmed that he was not being held in one of its facilities.

Today Charles Lieber made his long-awaited appearance in Court for sentencing. Lieber who was convicted in December of 2021 for lying to federal authorities about his relationship with the Wuhan Institute of Technology and his involvement with the Chinese talent recruitment initiative known as Thousand Talents Program was finally sentenced nearly a year and a half after his conviction!

The upshot of Mr. Lieber’s sentencing….for all intents and purposes he is essentially now a free man. That is, the court sentenced him to time served, which amounted to 2 days in jail following his arrest, two years of supervised release and the first six months of that being in home confinement. He was also ordered to pay a $50,000 fine and $33,600 in restitution to the IRS which it is reported as having already been done.

Now, for those with inquiring minds, like me….who have been asking, where is Charles Lieber for close to a year now….does this outcome satisfy? Do you have questions that have not been answered by the mainstream media? Do you want to know more, like what kind of research he was actually doing in collaboration with the Chinese? I sure as heck do and here is why…we still do not know and for some reason the mainstream media in covering his case does not really discuss or examine what exactly Mr. Lieber was doing for research at the WUT. We do know, however that Mr. Lieber had lots of funding from the NIH and the Department of Defense relative to his line of expertise.

Yet, when it comes to actually talking about his research and what it is all about….crickets from the mainstream media. So let me enlighten you….

Charles Lieber was a leader and prominent scientist in the area of nanotechnology. By 2011, Lieber and his fellow researchers had figured out how to insert a virus size transistor into a cell without causing the death or destruction of the cell. That’s right, from 2000 on Lieber had dedicated much of his research towards the interface between digital and the bilogical.

Here is a quick overview:

”Lieber has worked for the past decade on the design and synthesis of nanoscale parts that will enable him to build tiny electronic devices (see “Liquid Computing,” November-December 2001, page 20). Devising a biological interface, in which a nanoscale device can actually communicate with a living organism, has been an explicit goal from the beginning, but has proven tricky. At its simplest, the problem was inserting a transistor constructed on a flat plane (think of the surface of a computer chip) into a three-dimensional object: a cell perhaps 10 microns in size. Merely piercing the cell was not enough, because transistors need a source wire from which electrons flow and a drain wire through which they are discharged.”

A stumbling block in Lieber’s research was actually getting the tiny nanodevice into the cell without the cell being destroyed or killed. However, in 2010 he had figured out that by coating the nanowire with a fatty lipid layer it would be absorbed into the cell. Hmmmm….does this sound vaguely familiar to anyone? Does this remind you of how they snuck that mRNA into your cells so that they could become little protein factories?

So yeah…that was where things stood in 2010/2011 with Charles Lieber’s work. He was even awarded the prestigious Wolf award from the Israeli Wolf Foundation in 2012 for his research and work.

When is it exactly that Charles Lieber forged his relationship with WUT? The BBC reported at the time of his conviction that his association with WUT began in 2011. The allegation was that Mr. Lieber had been paid 1.5 million, along with other regular payments, to establish a lab at WUT.

What troubles me, in part, is did Harvard know but claim not to know? Harvard, I believe to not have known.

Which is curious because if one goes to the WUT website and look at the CV of the current director of the WUT Nano Key Lab, Liqiang Mai, one will note that his professional experience includes being the “Executive Director of WUT-Harvard Joint Nano Key Laboratory from 2009-2014, China.”

His title, from 2014 to present changes to simply “Director of Nano Key Laboratory, China.” Obviously, the collaboration was “dissolved” in one way or another as of 2014. It is also worth noting that Mai has longstanding ties to Harvard including his designation as an advanced research scholar of Harvard from 2008-2011. Then there are his past associations and ties with Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of California at Berkeley.

And this article below would seem to suggest that WUT made a strategic decision in 2011 to foster international collaboration and that consisted of a liason between Mai’s former mentor as a means of enhancing the university’s standing and creating joint labs with foreign univesities. So really….how could Harvard not have known?

Is there anything significant about 2014 and Charles Lieber’s research?

By 2014, what Lieber is pursuing is evident from the title of the following research paper:

My best guess, Lieber is pursuing in earnest that man/machine interface!

Now….one question I have….Did Lieber work with Langer at all? You know, Robert Langer….as in the same Langer that founded Moderna.

Yes, why yes…in fact they did have occasion to work together!! Seems they were both taken with the challenge of merging the bilogical with the electronic. Their associations go back at least as far as 2012, when they were busy working on growing cyborg tissues with embedded electronics. I can just imagine how excited Langer probably was at how well Lieber’s research was progressing. After all, Lieber as noted above was busy trying to figure out how to get actual nanowires and electronics into living cells.

Ok….so, now my curiosity is peaked about Langer and any vested interests he might have in the merger of man/machine.

First, we all know that he was one of the founders of Moderna. Moderna was founded in 2010, with Bancel hired in 2011. The person who put up the funding for the company was Noubar Afayen. He is a Canadian-American that prides himself on being an entrepreneur, inventor and philanthropist. His venture capital firm that made Moderna happen is called Flagship Pioneering.

Moderna was largely founded and funded on the supposed promise of mRNA (what these guys like to call the “software of life”) to revolutionize medicine. I will save for another day the history of Moderna. Suffice it to say that Afayen was instrumental in the vision of Moderna.

Noubar Afayen was also the Chair of the WEF Global Council on Emerging Technologies in 2014. In 2014, he reported on what he saw at the top 10 emerging technologies. Here was Afayen’s list:

This was nearly a decade ago!!!! The item on the list that really gets my attention is that Brain-computer interface! I can just imagine how far they have come with the technology, out of public view and away from prying eyes or concerned citizens about where this path leads. Oh, they will tell you it is all about curing disease and treating ailments. However, they do not want there to be any discussion of the underside or belly of the beast.

I still recall when Malone wrote his substack and stated that he was shocked…shocked, shocked that the DoD was working on cyborgs. Oh….please, save it. Those of us who were investigating the fin/tech elite’s influence on public education knew all about the push towards robots and integration of the biotech into our lives before the pandemic. I personally find it hard to believe these researchers and scientists expect us to believe that they are very knowledgeable about the deep state but shocked that cyborgs is something the DoD is working on. But I digress.

Back to Lieber, if you were like me, very curious about Charles at the time of his arrest and what he might have been working on, you may have looked him up and learned about his most recent research by visiting the website for his Harvard lab.
What I learned was that Lieber, at the time of his arrest, had been working on “injectables” so that nano devices could be delivered directly to one’s body by syringe. How cool is that? Like science fiction! And hey, these bad boys have been working on this since 2015.

And with that….I shall leave you with a few random thoughts…..

What if Charles Lieber did not have anything to do with the creation of COVID as many speculated at the time of his arrest…..but WHAT IF, his role in the COVID chronicles is related more to the solution that was offered us, the vaccine, than the problem/virus.

That is, what if some of these vaccines contain the nanotechnology that Lieber had been working on? What if the vaccine campaign was an opportunity to test on scale this technology and its safety and efficacy once injected into unsuspecting people?

We all know that some have said that under the microscope the blood of the vaccinated sometimes shows what appears to be assembling electronic configurations. Is it possible that some, but not all, included Lieber’s nanotechnology? Seems surreal or impossible, but then…there is Charles Lieber.

What to make of these claims when you consider that right before the push to develop a vaccine, Lieber is arrested and hidden from view in a long protracted legal drama that has ended today with him essentially his going free.

Is it just that Biden’s justice department has gone soft on crime or is there more to the story?

Are they banking on people feeling for Mr. Lieber because he lost his prestigious post at Harvard, has lymphoma and will never get Nobel prize for his groundbreaking research?

I don’t know about you, but I now have more questions than I did before….and suddenly the idea that Gates and others are obsessed with transhumanism and developing the man/machine interface through biotechnology….well, one thing is for certain….they are way out ahead of us and all bets are off with regard to what was in the vaccine vials.

And again, why did the mainstream media not ask questions or share with the public what kind of research Lieber was doing in his Lab and in China? Sometimes it is the absence of what is said or reported that speaks volumes. Is that the case here?

PS Lieber supposedly was working on nano-wire based lithium ion batteries with the Chinese….but as one of his fellow researchers, a former student, stated, “I have never seen Charlie working on batteries or nanowire batteries.”

There is a reason I have been keeping ties on Lieber….and my reason also has ties and associations that go back to Harvard and the bigger WEF agenda, transhumanism, and the tangled webs that the fin/tech elite are weaving with big pharma.
